About this item
- LIGHTWEIGHT, LOW PROFILE, AND FLEXIBLE: Unlike other bulky and stiff products on the market, this low-profile lightweight collar is made of moldable plastic that gently hugs your neck, and can be removed entirely if you prefer. Use the notches in the collar or the provided "S" clip to adjust for the perfect fit or keep cables secure in place.Note : If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ear
- SUPREME SOUND: Experience attacking bass, crisp vocals and precision highs, so you can hear your music with the highest quality possible.
- DESIGNED TO FIT NATURAL EAR SHAPE: No ear canal is a perfect circle, so why should your buds be? The Smokin' Buds 2 feature an angled and oval-shaped nozzle that aligns better with the natural shape of the ear, improving comfort and noise isolation.
- ONBOARD MIC AND REMOTE: Take calls and navigate your playlists with the easily located microphone and remote just under the left earbud. Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust volume or switch up music tracks. Press the middle button to answer/end calls or play/pause music.
- LONG LASTING BATTERY: Enjoy the comfort and sound of your Bluetooth wireless earbuds for a full 6 hours, without having to worry about recharging. Carefree listening is yours wherever you choose to take your soundtrack. Plus, the battery fully recharges in just 2.5 hours.

Now with this Skullcandy Buds (bluetooth version 4.0) I can say wow... is night and day compared with the Sony's, I use this headsets paired with a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ and I use to do voip and normal call, to hear the internet radio and music when I'm on my bicycle, my experience today was great. Talking when I'm on the bicycle with some wind, my voice was really clear and loud on the other end (I did a test with Skype's Echo Test Service to check by myself), the noise cancelling worked great with the wind and mic sensitivity is fantastic.
I was a bit worried about the neck collar because I bought them online without testing them first, it is very comfortable and the buds with the neck collar are lightweight, is like not having anything on your neck, I was very surprised how comfortable they are and when using them riding my bicycle were great, they don't even move because they have a small rubber connector at the level of the curves of the cable, looking at the front they form an "X", so is impossible for them to slip away. Is the first day I have them but I feel them they will be comfortable for the day to day use when I'm working.
I'm not an audiophile but the audio quality is great, I really like them, they have good bass, middles and maybe not too much highs, great quality for hearing mp3 when you are running or in a bicycle.
They have 3 buttons that work perfectly with Android 5.1.1: Volume control, start/stop and if you long press some seconds the "+" button or "-" button you advance tracks or go previous tracks (I used the app Jetaudio) that works perfect on Android.
When I hear the music with my cellphone, I take my phone at the level of my waist, so there is some distance to my neck where the buds are
and the bluetooth signal was ever perfect, no glitches like I had with the crap Sony's.
About the battery in the description is say it last 6 hours, I have not had the opportunity to test yet.
Full charge time: aprox. 1:20 hrs
I don't know how this buds will last so later if I have any issue I will update this review, but the build quality looks very good.
I think till today they are by long the best bluetooth headset in the market.

I think till today they are by long the best bluetooth headset in the market.
They sound awesome and are super lightweight. So easy to carry around as opposed to ear buds that I"m forever losing one.
The mediocre. The blue light on the back. Guess this would be a plus for some. Not very cool when I'm trying to sleep though. Uses a micro USB so charging takes longer than I'd like. Battery life is OK.
The most annoying thing ever. It seems to have a hard time keeping Bluetooth connected. If I get more than 15 feet away from my connection, it drops in and out and once it drops, it drops it hard. My other headphones from different manufacturers do not do this. I can go a lot further and when it starts to lose signal, it will grab back on. These ones seem to lose signal and lose device focus. I have to re-connect them all the time.
These are still a 5/5 on sound especially since I paid a lot less than 20 bucks. Paying full price would make me less than happy.
Pros:
Design: The behind the neck design is very comfortable and keeps the wires out of the way of zippers. Wires are beefy and can take some abuse, which is a real bonus for me. The controls are in a great spot. The controls are under my left ear and below the bottom of the helmet and they are accessible, (and recognizable) with thinner cloves.
Sound: Overall, for me, the sound quality for the price is exceptional, (I listen to mostly rock and alternative). I connect to an old HTC Incredible that only has music on it and the bass is pronounced but the treble can get a bit bright at higher volumes. The brightness is less noticeable when connected to my Blackberry PRIV.
Connectivity: With either device I get about 75 feet in a straight line.
Battery: So far I have not run the battery out in a day’s use. My commute is 45 minutes each way and I use them about 2 additional hours while at work.
Con:
Phone Calls. While I don’t accept phone calls while riding, I have used these for accepting calls while at work. I would say that the quality of the voice is comparable to any cars BT.

Top reviews from other countries
Pros
1)Perfect fit on the ears
2)Very light weight compared to other wireless earphones on market
3)Good Bass
4)Amazing design and the neck bands do come out and go in very easily
5)Very very quick and easy pairing for my One plus phone. BTW it supports dual pairing.
6)Call connection is good and it my voice is very clearly audible for the other person while on phone. Mic is good.
Cons
1)Battery life isn't more than 6 hours as I fully charged the earphone and watched 2 movies back to back which was around 6.5 hours and it beeped for low battery.
2) The earphones without the neck bands may be a little and I mean slightly little issue as they tend to slide back off the neck. If the beck bands are attached, it stays put.
3) No one touch Siri or Google now which is the only thing I did not like as I am a great fan of those. While driving if u want to call someone then u have got to remove your phone and dial which is sometimes irritating as I feel.
On the whole this is a beautiful piece of device for 60$ or 3200 INR. Please go for it as it's perfect for good listening with good bass and very comfortable for long hours of gym and music
Hope you like my reviews and thanks for reading them.
Saludos
