These are by far the best earbuds I've ever had, I've gone through about five pairs of Skullcandy this year and I got sick of having to buy a new pair every two or three months. These have worked the best and I love them, I won't buy any other earbuds unless they're from JLab. I just have one question, are these waterproof?

first off , im anything but a worker of this company ( just because when i saw the reviews on this earbuds, i was sure that they were from the company itself but i was wrong). i had another earbud from this company and fell in love with the sound clarity and most importantly, the build quality, but i LOST it on the bus :-(, and i decided to give another try to this company and i can see that i have made the best choice. its everything that i expected to be ( that's why i'm not surprised :-) so don't hesitate to try these earbuds and you will definitely fall in love

Amazing sound

I've had a lot of different earbud headphones from different brands, Klipsch, Sony, Bose RHA and lots of other no name companys, and these are hands down the best headphones that I've ever had for the price. 

The bass response is great without being overly dramatic or drowning out the mids (like some other brands) the mids are clear, and the highs are very crisp and accurate. 

The warranty service was actually pretty good when I had a pair go bad on me, only downside was you have to pay for shipping which no very many companies do, especially for an item so small. 

But still, for the money, probably the best headphones I've ever had. Seriously thinking about getting a second pair of the same exact headphones.

Probably best bang for buck I've ever seen

I purchased these buds because I had a bluetooth set that broke. JLAB warranty allowed me to get a replacement. I wanted to get new bluetooth ear buds, but decided to get that style from a different company. These buds were reported to have good sound quality with deep base. they were rated on other review sites highly for the performance/price ratio. I have not used all the earpiece options for a custom fit, but with the as received set up it works well.

Good performance for the price

I was having a lot of problems with them when I first bought them and contemplated sending them back because every time they would move around near the base it would pause or skip the song but after a few days it became less frequent it still happens sometimes, but they are very comfortable I personally like them without Cush fans but they are very versital and the sound quality is great I use them for everything I have them in nearly all day and night, over all great product, but a little expensive i find the metal earbuds just as good and they are half the price.

Pretty good product

I really like these things for the most part.  The sound quality is excellent and they're the only pair of earbuds I've ever owned that stayed in my ears and fit comfortably.  Downside is, a pair typically only last me 4-6 months until one ear stops working,  something breaks around the jack and one side starts breaking up and then gives up completely fairly quickly.  luckily they have a lifetime warranty and I get them replaced for free.  I always have an extra pair on hand for when this happens.

Epic earbuds

I received these as a  warranty replacement for my Heavy Bass ear buds, choosing them for their descriptions as providing solid bass and low end response.  In actuality they have a very tinny sound with negligible bass. Very disappointing after the excellent quality of my earlier J Lab ear buds.

Disappointing sound quality

I bought these to use with my iPhone 6. When plugged in, there's quite a bit of static, and involuntary iPhone function changes. For example, an audio track may start over, pause or skip at the slightest jiggleof the cable and jack. Also, any movement of  the cable enables Siri for some reason. The microphone and multi-function button on the cable are useless. My iPhone works well with other buds, so the problem isn't with my phone. Disappointed.
