I have probably bought two dozen different earbuds/earphones over the years. These are the most comfortable earbuds I own - and I wear them over 8 hours straight (music in the office) and the battery lasts all day long.  And I love the cable management clips (they are the best), I use them to tie up the wires behind my head with the wire length is perfect (not "too much" length)- no loose wires bouncing around.    the Sound is good too !

I just can't get enough of these headphones. I've bought Beats, Sony, Philips, SkullCandy, Jaybird, and JVC and still JLAB is the best. I think the only one that could rival them is Bose. I love these things. Every now and then I lose signal based on where I put it around the house. Certain places tend to interrupt the signal but as long as you have it near you, you're good. Please buy these headphones. I live in a remote little town with hardly signal sometimes and these are great for me. Great sound and bass is well balanced.

Great Buy

These Epic 2 are great, I like that it comes with 8 gel cushion tips, charging cable, cable clips and case. Sound quality is great , the only thing it lacks is the bass setting like other jlabs earbuds I have  buts other wise it's great .

EPIC 2

I've used JLab Audio Epic 2 Bluetooth Earbuds about 25 times and now the audio is louder in the left ear compared to the right. I would gues that its about 50% louder in the left ear piece to the right. i noticed it maybe on the 20th time i used it and hasn't improved or gotten worse.

This is my only complaint.

Fit - is ok for me but I struggle to find a good fit for my ears in most products
Bluetooth connectivity - Has been perfect and not noticed any drop outs. I do keep it close, either in my had or in my pocket.
Carrier case - I really like the carrier case

If this audio difference could be sorted it would be almost perfect.

Audio louder in left ear

I've received my Epic2's from JLAB and so far am really happy with them. The battery life is awesome. I'm happy to say they have easily replaced the wired sennheiser headphones I have been a loyal fan on for 10 years. 

My only request would be the option for a larger suite of silicone gel tips. I've tried all 3 of the large options, including the double and triple flanged, but it still doesn't provide a snug fit in one ear. 

Other than that I've no complaints. An excellent product at an affordable price. Now I just have to decide which JBL Epic 2 I will buy for my girlfriend's birthday so she stops stealing mine! :)

Great package - could use larger option silicone gel tips

I've had these headphones for almost 8 months and I use them everyday. 
Best things about them: outstanding battery life! Nice volume control, good sound. Sweat or rain hasn't affected the sound or function.
 Worst things: interference when anything touches them (my hair, the collar of my shirt, practically unusable when wearing a hoodie). The control buttons are wearing out and the power on/off button is getting harder to use every day. The cover for the charging port hasn't stayed in place for months. Now I have started getting a very loud static "blip" every 30 seconds. I'm disappointed that they didn't last longer for the $$ I spent on them.

Bought these about a month ago. As opposed to my old JLab headphones, this pair needs to be charged in between every use. Even if used for less than an hour, they die after turning off. Very annoying and disappointing from a previously reliable company.

Battery dies very quickly

The right side does not fit my ear, and it would drop off from my ear during work out. That is really disturbing ~
